Machine-assisted drawing. The “hole” was drawn by a machine called The Evolver, which was developed by me to perform Evolution experiments. It is untunable and makes unique ‘recordings’ of its environment which I further develop into drawings or paintings. The “hole” sat around for years waiting for a solution which was finally provided late last year amid the terrible turn of events occurring in the middle east. The home of my heart.
