Tanya Baily is a multi-award-winning artist specialising in Watercolour painting. She exhibits in Australia and Internationally and takes commissions from her studio in Sydney.
Tanya is a member of the Australian Watercolour Institute and has won the Rex Irwin Prize and the National Watercolour Prize. She is a frequent finalist in Major National Art prizes.
Tanya was educated at Oxford University, London’s Chelsea School of Art and at COFA at the University of NSW where she completed a Masters in Painting.
Her website portfolio shows selected commissions of her portraits of people and buildings. It also includes recently exhibited contemporary works, and international commissions for: The Hyde Park Hotel; Canary Wharf and St. Katherine Docks London; and numerous murals.
Tanya teaches classes and workshops in Watercolour painting at a number of institutions, most regularly at The National Art School, Waverley Woollahra Art School and Artest Art School.
