This work tilted “Peazy” examines the push and pull dialogue between the hand and the machine, conscious and unconscious mark making and the space between silence and noise. My interest and appreciation of the human and the imprints we leave on the spaces we occupy is an ongoing investigation that this work continues to explore. There is charge created between oppositional processes that I am always looking to equate in my work, this is a challenging task of both controlling and letting go simultaneously ‘like lighting a match in the wind‘.
