FAQ’s & Terms and Conditions

  • Fees for our courses provide tuition, facilities, and in some instances limited course materials. Refer to individual course descriptions for specific inclusions/exclusions
  • If you enrol in the first two weeks the fees will remain the same as advertised. Please contact us if you have any questions on fees.

  • Pre-requisite academic qualifications are not required at WWAS
  • Students can be of all skill ranges

  • WWAS reserve the right to postpone or cancel courses under any circumstances
  • In such cases WWAS will contact all students enroled to offer a transfer to an alternative class or a full refund
  • WWAS reserve the right to amend any course, schedule, location or teacher listed online or in the brochure before or during the course
  • WWAS does not take responsibility for any materials purchased for courses that are cancelled

  • WWAS do not refund or transfer enrolment fees when circumstances change for an enroled student
  • WWAS will take into consideration serious circumstances such as illness or injury that prevent a student from attending a course. Such circumstances need to be requested in written form to info@wwas.org.au
  • WWAS does not take responsibility for any materials purchased for courses that are cancelled

Absences: Refunds, transfers, or substitutions are not permitted if students miss a class or course. WWAS does not accept responsibility for changes to students personal circumstances.

All students must comply with health and safety regulations.

Potential participants and students must notify the administration office via info@wwas.org.au of any existing medical conditions or disabilities that may affect participation in a course
